If so we have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join a blue-chip client at their HQ in Hatfield, Hertfordshire!The 2nd Line Support Technician's primary goal is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of around 2500 Windows machines and 600 Macs, as well as supporting desktop applications, such as G Suite, hardware, and AV equipment used across the business.
