I'm currently working with a media client in London who are looking for a contract Business Change Consultant to help them with a product upgrade for both internal and external users.

Role: Contract Business Change Consultant

Rate: £400-450

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: London

Start Date: ASAP

Project/Product: Upgrading & supporting the 'Planning & Trading' product across diverse user groups

Daily duties:

  • Being the representative face of the product with external users
  • As a SME, offer guidance and expertise for the users
  • Supporting internal and external users with process changes
  • Designing and delivering deployment, training and comms plan to internal and external users
  • Prepares product marketing and comms materials and works with marketing for production outputs
  • Offering open door sessions to answer queries with a hands-on approach
  • Proactively communicating forthcoming changes to manage expectations
  • Capturing any issues, communicating to stakeholders and identifying solutions
  • Utilising feedback in order to successfully upgrade and release the Product
  • Advocating use of the product in a client service management capacity
  • identifies, escalates and supports users with their issues through the right channels, helping them raise tickets, understanding escalation path
  • Working at a variety of levels with Media Owners and their partners

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a proactive and energetic self-starter
  • Be a fast learner who is comfortable to pick up and run with the project immediately
  • Have experience working with software rollouts
  • Experience of training users in a technology enabled business change environment
  • Demonstrates evidence of managing people's expectations
  • Experience of preparing and leading training sessions for technology changes
  • Experience of working with third parties in a demanding client-facing role
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, manage constantly changing timescales, work in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically adept and business minded
  • Experience of working with Media Owners and an understanding of OOH advertising industry would be beneficial
