Digital Business Analyst (Agile)Leeds We are actively looking to secure a Digital Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We are passionate about training, technology and career development. The Role This is a hands-on role, working alongside Developers, Testers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX and UI designers. The Business Analyst plays an integral part in the full software development life-cycle. You will be an adaptable and pro-active self-starter who uses their initiative to solve problems. You will have the ability to motivate and encourage collaboration amongst the other team members. Responsibilities:You will contribute and help implement Agile working practicesYou will be working with subject matter experts to understand their requirements and analyse them in detailDocumenting requirements in the form of Agile User Stories and Acceptance criteriaBuilding and maintain backlogsCollaborating with the Development team to refine and plan the work Key SkillsExperience delivering projects in an Agile environmentFull software development lifecycle experienceExcellent communication skillsStakeholder management skills & working with 3rd party suppliersAbility to prioritise your workloadAny experience working on Apps would be beneficial Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
