Deliver industry-defining solutions as a bilingual Digital Project Manager at AIA

Digital - it's the beating heart of AIA. You'll harness our immense tech capabilities to deliver project solutions for some of the world's most recognised brands.

When it comes to digital, we don't so much as lead our industry as shape it. Through an array of digital innovations, we enable some of the world's top employers source and attract new talent. We even have our own recruitment marketing software, TalentBrew, which allows us to take the right messages to the right candidates and gain incredible insights into their behaviour.

Get ready to throw yourself into the role of Digital Project Manager. You'll take charge of the full lifecycle of multiple digital projects for our London and Paris-based clients (hence the ‘bilingual' bit - we need English and French speaker). You'll know that the end result of a project depends on delivering at every stage. So design, UX, UI development, engineering and QA assurance will all come under your wing as you ensure everything runs to scope, time and budget. Do you have the analytical abilities, technical understanding and organised mind to handle it?

Our work matters. So will you.

Clients depend on us to make sure their recruitment campaigns have the best chance of success. Candidates rely on us to ensure these campaigns enable them to make meaningful and informed career choices. So you'll matter to us - your ambitions, your development, you as an individual.

We'll help you to future-proof your career. Building on your experience of digital development, and your ability to manage projects covering everything from responsive websites to videos, apps and social media. And adding to your impressive skillset that includes content management systems, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Bring everything and everyone together

Developing detailed project plans, reacting to change, identifying risks and spotting additional commercial opportunities, you'll keep on top of everything during the lifecycle of a project. But you'll also bring people from cross-functional teams together, make sure everyone is up to date with the progress of a project and share best web practices, as well as being a prime point of contact for clients. It means it's a job for a supreme collaborator and communicator.

What it's like here

It can be hectic; timeframes can be tight. But it's incredibly supportive. Teams work together, people look out for each other. There will always be someone to lend a hand if you get stuck. Because we work as one, united in a passion to create award-winning work for our clients.

And we know how to reward ourselves for a job well done. That could mean sharing a drink on our twelfth-floor roof terrace or out of the office (we're handily located near St Paul's and the Barbican). Or letting our hair down at our Christmas and summer parties. Or tucking into Pizza Friday once a month. That's all on top of more formal benefits such as private healthcare, interest-free season ticket loans and cycle-to-work scheme.
