I have the pleasure of introducing a Senior (Data) Analyst for a permanent role within Central Bristol for an award-winning business known for being at the forefront of Customer Intelligence allowing a great level of synergy from clients to their customers. At the heart and drive of their business is Analytics, and following this means we need the best people to be part of the team.

As the business is growing, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the team supported by the wider business and another Data Analyst. What we would love is an experienced and committed Data Analyst looking to make the next leap, readying your skills and developing yourself to also move up the career ladder and into a more client facing role as well as technical.

What we are looking for in our Senior Data Analyst; A demonstrable experience in data analysis & data modelling. Preferably within a marketing environment from either the client side of agency.Attaining insight, segmentation, targeting, results analysis & reporting.Client Management to manage and taking the lead within the business.Identification, Development and Delivery of the most appropriate data analysis & data modelling techniques for company requirements.Campaign selection targeting modelling, response analysis, regular reporting and MI.Understanding customers and segmentation development.Production of evidently clear, specific analysis with carefully thought of recommendations for future campaigns in the business and analysis projects.Being a bridge of technical understanding to non-technical stakeholders and departments within the business to help support client development.Maintenance of a continued knowledge of the latest data analysis and data modelling techniques within the Big Data industry and landscape utilising all data.Mentorship and development of more junior individuals.Strong skills within SAS, SQL or R (as a minimum requirement).Statistical Modelling Techniques such as Regressions, CHAID, Cluster Analysis, Bayesian Techniques & Data Visualisation. Also, experience in database environment and skills in analytics and modelling for marketing related subjects.
