As the Dynamics 365 Development Lead, you will create and lead a highly productive and knowledgeable Dynamics 365 team. You will ensure Dynamics is configured optimally to ensure strategic advantage whilst being the guardian of development standards.As part of the technology leadership team, you will be responsible for determining and executing the technology strategic direction.You will work collaboratively with the SI and with the multi-disciplined project teams in the areas of analysis, design, build, data migration, environment configuration, security and release management.In particular, you will be pointed towards the Transformation Programme, which is the design and roll out of a brand new CRM system across the organisations exiting advisor network, driving huge efficiency's in their processes and enabling them more time to dedicate towards giving expert advice to their end clients.The company are dynamic, fast-paced and a growing business with huge ambition. Flexible/Home working is offered as and when required.Requirements:* Demonstrable experience in designing complex Dynamics 365 based solutions. * Automation and Devops culture. * Proven track record working as a Dynamics 365 Consultant / Architect / Development Lead. * Experience in Microsoft based solutions including O365, Sharepoint and Azure. * Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Dynamics 365, with appropriate certifications. * Agile software development and culture. * Good understanding of the UK financial services marketplace. * Technology architecture and domain-driven design. * An understanding of business change. * Business value and technology investment appraisal. * Modern platform and cloud-based solution in financial services. * Exceptional leadership qualities, able to create and drive a strategic vision. * Great communication skills, ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience. * Strong relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills. * Analytical, with a problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus. * Natural customer focus. * Ability to manage budgets, investment.If this is a position you wish to be considered for, please send your CV to [email protected] or call for more information on 0191 338 6652.Nigel Frank International Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
