Reporting Analyst - ITSM

Location: London

Duration: 6 months initial

Day rate: £250 - £285

Reporting Analyst - ITSM: We are actively seeking a Reporting Analyst to join a High-Profile, Public Sector client for an initial 6 months. The Reporting Analyst will be playing an integral part to help design, collate and produce service management reports.As the Reporting Analyst you will be immersing yourself into a fast-paced environment where you will be working closely with the Service Delivery team to provide support for the ITIL Service Management processes. The Reporting Analysts primary focus will be on Incident, Problem, Asset and Configuration Management reports as well as contributing to a variety of BAU activities.Key Skills for the Reporting Analyst - ITSMA background in Service Management reporting (ITSM).ITIL certified is desirable.Organized and self-disciplined to be proactive.Experience engaging with Stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication is vital.Reporting Analyst - ITSM
