Lead Business Analyst

6 Month Initial Contract

Rate - Negotiable

My public sector client based in Leeds is looking for a Lead Business Analyst lead a team of up to 10 Business Analysts.

As the Lead Business Analyst you will need to have experience of the full requirement lifecycle - ideally within the Public Sector.

As the Lead BA you will be heavily involved in (and have experience of) managing/distributing the work load for the team.

A mixture of Waterfall/Agile Methodologies is essential.

Quality Assurance of work will be a key part in your role as the lead BA.

Experience:

*Proven track record of business analysis within transformation programmes

*Business analysis experience gained across a broad range of projects of varying size and complexity (experience gained across different industry sectors would be advantageous but is not essential)

*Responsible for business analysis activity on medium/large projects

*Experience of participating throughout the full life cycle of projects

*Experience of both Waterfall and Agile methodology environments

*Experience facilitating workshop sessions with both internal and external attendees, including senior/Board level stakeholders/sponsors

*Responsible for production of complete and signed-off business requirements from elicitation and analysis through to validation and documentation and management of subsequent change control process

*Experience of working in a multifunctional team, including experience of working with and selection of 3rd party suppliers

*ISEB/BCS/IIBA qualified would be preferable, although not essential
