IT Support Analyst - up to 25K plus benefits

Multinational media and entertainment Company, who employ circa 1300 employees worldwide, is expanding their IT department and looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst. Joining a team of 4, you will accountable finding suitable solutions to 1st & 2nd line queries these can range from being over the phone, email or face to face.

Skills / Environment

*IT graduate with proven IT Support experience in the workplace

*Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

*Ability to priorities workload in a busy environment.

*Good knowledge of Windows 7/10 and PC/Laptop hardware set-up and configuration.

*Experience using office 2010/2016

*Familiarity with IT Peripherals such as Printers, Mobiles and iPads.

*Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN and Firewalls)

Role Overview

As the successful IT Support Analyst, you will be working within a fast-paced IT environment that uses emerging technologies and provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to all members of staff based in the UK, as well as assisting with global projects. You will be the first point of contact for all IT support matters so its important that you are customer focused and provide a great service as well as providing a speedy solution to any issue.

Salary: up to 25K
