Graduate Quantity SurveyorSouth Reading | up to £40,000 A Reading-based contractor urgently need a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to take on fast paced fit out projects under the wing of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who has seen and done it all.Most of the work is commercial fitout (CAT A & CAT B) projects around the South of England, which will open the door for you to a career within the commercial side of construction.With a flat hierarchy, there will be plenty of opportunities to progress and develop as soon as you are capable and have proven yourself, and you will gain exposure to the full limits of what a Quantity Surveyor can do.The successful QS will be joining a growing close-knit team based out of Reading where the Directors aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty! Requirements for this Graduate Quantity Surveyor position:You must be HNC qualified or aboveIdeally have experience working on commercial fit out projects, however will consider candidates with cross sector experienceYou must be personable, articulate and confidentMust have a full UK drivers' licence and happy to travel to sites across the South of London.
