We are therefore hoping to expand our team by appointing a Web Applications Support member who has previous experience with Microsoft Windows / Active Directory / Group Policy.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?This role will be providing first line support and training where necessary to internal users and clients who will be using our bespoke Web based and mobile tablet applications. You will use your skills in Microsoft Windows / Active Directory / Group Policy to aid with testing, rollouts and training of new web-based distribution system that we have planned for later this year. You will be required to maintain a high standard of customer service for all queries and take ownership of problems and be proactive in resolving any issues. You will respond to issues in a timely manner and escalate where necessary. Interviews are being held the week commencing 16th September, so please apply today to express your interest!
