2nd Line Support Analyst - CADThis is a new and exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a hugely successful, specialist company in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. As the 2nd Line IT Support Analyst / Engineer you will be responsible for providing 2nd line desktop support to a large base of high-profile, internal users in a Windows environment and boast previous experience doing 2nd line support in a customer facing environment.You will provide support for PC's, laptops, mobiles, tablets and printers and boast expertise with Windows 7 and 10 and CAD. Although not a huge part of the role CAD experience is crucial.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team orientated environment where fantastic training and development is on offer.Skills required for the role of 2nd Line Support Analyst are:Excellent customer service skills both on the phone and emailPrevious experience in a 2nd Line support roleExtensive experience with CADExtensive experience with a Windows environment (7+10)Ability to support desktop, laptops, tablets, mobiles and printers
2nd Line Support Analyst - 2nd line, Helpdesk, Windows, CAD, AD, Active Directory, Office 365, desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet, printersSalary: £24,000 - £26,500 (depending on experience) + benefits
