Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager - (O365 project) - Contract - 3 months - South West London. My client, a leading Global Retails organisation, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / PM for an initial 3 month contract which is highly likely to extend further. The client is looking for an all-rounder with a solid technical basis, project management experience and business analysis skills. The successful candidate will be actively involved and support technical roll-outs into the business. The primary focus projects for the successful individual will be
Migration to O365 - Outlook from Lotus notes. Specifically:
-the migration of the end user population from Lotus Notes to MS O365 Outlook involving the preparation, testing and communication for a successful migration
-reviewing and updating internal process and procedure documentation
-provide assistance with early life support for Service Desk team members and end users
Process Digitisation
-assist with the capturing of requirements and delivery of solutions to optimise office / administrative processes in preparation for the relocation of our national Head Quarters
Main Responsibilities:
*Providing analysis and support for projects
*Managing projects (Milestones and time lines)
*Providing regular status update reports on project delivery
*Business requirements capture and analysis
*Supporting end user and stakeholder communication
