IT Service Delivery Manager
A fantastic new opportunity has arised for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a truly global charity based near Maidenhead, Berkshire. This is a very exciting time to join the charity as they embark on a new direction in the way they service their clients. The IT Service Delivery Manager with be ensuring SLA's are defined and implemented along with managing issues effectively and efficiently.
The IT Service Delivery Manager will have the overall responsibility for the overall transition of IT Services between each stage of its Lifecyle working across multiple teams across the charity. You will have a real say over the direction this charity takes across its multiple services.
Working for a charity of this scale you will have the chance to utilise its flexi working policies including working from home, 37 hour weeks and flexi start / finish times.
Skills required for the IT Service Delivery Manager are:
- Strong team management experience
- Passion for customer service
- Proven IT Support experience / knowledge
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: £41,000 - £43,000 plus Excellent benefits
