This company work with a broad range of clients from blue-chip to SME'S where work on every aspect of air conditioning and refrigeration from design to service to install.In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers, providing technical quotations to clients and being closely involved with the overall management of the business.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in repairing, maintaining, and installing air conditioning or refrigeration equipment, have some supervisory or team leader experience.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that are rapidly expanding and offering a varied position in an independent working environment with the chance to develop professionally and progress your career.The Role:
*Being responsible for day to day running of the business, you will either be office based providing technical support or out in the field working side-by-side with engineers and ensuring projects are completed.
*Providing technical quotations to clients
*Leading a team of Engineers on installation, servicing, design and maintenance of a range of different HVAC systems.
*Opportunities to progress to Directorship
*Overtime & Optional call outThe Person:

*Experience working with Air Conditioning or Refrigeration
