Site DirectorI am currently working with a Global Pharmaceutical company based in Bedfordshire who are looking fora Site Director to join the team.As Site Director, you will be responsible for:Responsible for providing dynamic leadership to the site, in alignment with the vision and aspirations.To take the lead in the management and coordination of the functional department heads, ensuring coordinated and effective site operations.To operate an effective Site Leadership Team (SLT), delivering against the aspirations.To set challenging targets for site operations, GMP, quality and compliance and health and safety. To track operational, GMP, quality and compliance, and health and safety performance in a constructive manner that drives long-term improvement, robustness, compliance and capability.To facilitate growth in site capability and capacity, to build for the futureKey Experience:A minimum of 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industrySignificant experience in a senior leadership position, including with organisational transformation and development.Experience interacting with global pharmaceutical regulatory agencies and health and safety agencies.Experience and knowledge of operational control and improvement approaches, such as Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence.If you think this Site Director position could be the next exciting step in your career, please get in touch as soon as possible!
