Purpose

Embarking on a major IT Transformation project to drive change throughout our businesses, we're looking for an Applications Analyst BI to contribute to the development and realisation of our IT strategy. Through great communication and collaborative skills, working with business representatives and IT users, you will deliver high quality application solutions that are fully tested and successfully implemented that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities

Working with a large business Intelligence and data team covering all areas of BI, you will configure and develop application solutions against design specification in line with business requirements.  Through sound project management skills, you will ensure the scope of applications takes in the full systems lifecycle and that all risks and issues are identified and managed.

Skills & Requirements

Being an excellent communicator with sound risk assessment and project management skills, you will confidently prioritise and control multiple steams of work. Coupled with extensive IT experience, including experience with Big Data technologies, you will estimate and plan project activities, presenting various options with pros and cons of each to facilitate a decision by the business.  You will be able to recognise and manage expectations of Stakeholder groups to ensure efficient delivery of IT change.

This is a permanent contract.
