A fast-growing and successful company based in London is seeking a great Front-End Developer (React/Javascript) to join its skilled technical team. This is a great opportunity to work in FinTech with blockchain technology (Ethereum/Quorum), learning new technologies/development languages and working with the best in the business.This great opportunity will enable you to initially work on front-end projects whilst building up your Java, Springboot, Solidity and Ethereum skills. You will work closely with full-stack developers and the DevOps teams delivering projects using React and JavaScript along with other languages.
To be a successful Front-End Developer you will have the following skills and experiences:
Flexibility regarding technology but with a core skillset in enterprise React and JavaScript.Some Java knowledge or an interest in learning.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple languages and technologies.Some experience in an Agile / XP mode (and associated tools).Experience with CI / Automation.A degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering. Any knowledge of the following would be a real advantage, alternatively a real enthusiasm for learning new skills and concepts:
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.Understanding of Distributed Ledger (esp Ethereum).Understanding of Distributed computing concepts. In return, the Front-End Developer will receive a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits allowance, pension, bonus scheme, 25 days holiday and a great working environment.
