IT Manager - London

My Client is looking for someone to join their team as an IT Manager. Their mission is to bring dramatic, life-changing improvements to healthcare and beyond with fast, simple and scientifically sound products.

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for assigned services and activities of the Information Technology Department including designing, implementing, and administering company-wide.

*Demonstrate infrastructure architecture, support, development and governance capabilities

*Document configurations, instructional procedures, change management records, performance

*Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems

*Develop and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation

*Designing training programs and workshops for staff

*Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for IT

Qualifications and Experience:

*Hands on experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft operating systems, computer networks, network administration, network installation

*Good knowledge of Linux operating systems

*Analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications

*Significant technical knowledge including server, network and data infrastructure, and security

*VMware Certified Professional - VCP6

*Microsoft professional certified - such as MCSE

*Cisco certified - CCNA/CCNP/COMPTIA

*ITIL Service Management qualified (Foundation)
