For our Pharma client we are currently looking for a System / Application Administrator IT Clinical Operations.Start date: ASAP (latest end month)

End date: 31.12.2020 (extension possible)

Location: Monheim am Rhein (NRW)

Volume: full time

remote: 2 days remote possible (after on-boarding)

Language: English must-have , German nice-to-haveBackground:

Clients IT Clinical Operations team owns and maintains several computerized systems that are used in clinical development and some other areas. The team also manages projects regarding such systems. The team is looking for contractors or consultants to help maintain these systems and manage or help manage projectsSkills:

- English fluently (written/ verbal)

- Good skills in Database administration (MS SQL, Oracle)

- Very good skills Server administration (Windows, Linux, Unix)

- Some developer/ programmer knowledge/ experience (PL/ SQL, JavaScript, HTML)

- Good experience in Application testing (e.g. HP Application Lifecycle Management)

- Good knowledge Incident/ Change/ Request management (ITSM /BMC)

- Experience in Application/ user support

- Access/ Account Management (AD, ADFS, SSO, Azure B2B)

- Pharma background is an advantage (Oracle Clinical, Medidata, CTR, eTMF)Nice-to-have (environment) :

- Oracle Clinical / RDC / TMS 4.6.6

- ACQUIRE CLINICAL (Medidata suite: Rave, Coder, Safety Gateway, iMedidata, etc.)

- TransPerfect COA (TransPerfect Trial Interactive)

- agDisclosure 3.4.2

- Clients BPM (iGrafx Business Process Management suite)

- Clinical Sciences Desktop (Citrix farm with 12 servers as virtual workspaces)

- Clinical Study Dataflow (Tibco MFT and Business works automated data transfer process)

- SPI Web (Citrix published Internet Explorer for external partner web access to clients)

- Citrix NetScaler Gateway (External Partner Access gateway to clients network)
