Purpose

Embarking on a major IT Transformation project to drive change throughout our businesses, we require a Service Delivery Integration Lead to own the relationship with UK IT Projects on behalf of our Service Delivery team, ensuring sufficient support is in place prior to "Post Go Live" and "Business as Usual". 

Responsibilities

Working with our UK Project Management Office (PMO) team to continually improve the service transition process, you will be required to interface with projects early in the lifecycle to understand the scope of services, understand our key business owners and ensure projects have relevant approvers. 

Acting as a Gatekeeper to our projects at Go Live stage, you will work closely with business users at all levels, both internal and external IT support teams and IT colleagues, within other Iberdrola companies.

Skills & Requirements

Results driven and self-motivated, you'll have significant experience in IT service management and process ownership, knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP and possess an understanding of project governance processes. 

With experience of ITIL processes (ITIL V3 Foundation Certified as a minimum), you will have an understanding of service modelling and CMDB.  Previous experience as a Service Transition Manager/Lead would be advantageous.

What We Offer

This is a permanent contract. Salary for this role will be from £45,840 to £57,300 per annum. Other benefits for this role include a performance related bonus up to 10% and single cover health care.
