Are you interested in supporting Avon and Somerset Constabulary to deliver an exciting and ambitious portfolio of change and improvement?
We have a number of exciting temporary and permanent opportunities to join our Transformation Department within our Business Analyst Team. Our Business Analysts are central to a comprehensive portfolio of change and improvement work - covering technology, infrastructure and service improvement. They work closely with colleagues in the business to understand problems and develop solutions.
We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join the team, and help us meet the challenges ahead. You will need to be an extremely proactive and motivated individual with strong technical skills and relevant experience in the field of business analysis. You will be confident working alongside colleagues at all levels of an organisation, and be able to successfully plan and manage your own workload. Knowledge of change management methodologies would be advantageous. For the Senior Business Analyst position, you will also have significant management experience and a proven track record of leading and developing teams. What is most important however, is that you are innovative, communicative and collaborate in your approach to your work.
This role will be largely based at Headquarters in Portishead (with secure parking and on-site facilities) but the ability to travel around the Force area will be required.
