Purpose

Embarking on a major IT Transformation project to drive change throughout our businesses, we're looking for a Service Analyst to contribute to the development and realisation of our IT strategy. Through great relationship skills, working with business users at all levels, you will manage all UK aspects of the global IT Service Management System, ensuring processes are followed and improvement opportunities are identified.

Responsibilities

Through performance monitoring and reporting of the IT Service Management System, you will identify opportunities for continual improvement of the system and related processes and ensure the validity of the processes and data, allowing business and IT supplier needs to be met.  By contributing to the development, implementation and ongoing management performance, to relationship management across Stakeholders and to the day to day incidents, you will ensure alignment of Service Delivery to customer and Stakeholder needs in line with Group strategy.

Skills & Requirements

Being an excellent communicator with strong customer service and networking skills, you will be confident in communicating and building relationships with Stakeholders at all levels.  Coupled with extensive IT experience, including knowledge of ITIL best practice framework processes, you will be able to use your business knowledge to direct the Operations Team on IT systems changes and performance improvements.

This is a permanent contract.
