Are you an industry expert in Power Semiconductor Device Design looking for an exciting opportunity to head up an industry leading companies new innovative and world-class research facility in Nuremburg in a role where you will be the go to person?This excellent opportunity is the chance to step up and showcase your skills and experience as you will act as the technical authority and expert leading your team of highly skilled engineers through a range of product planning, project design, application and reliability evaluation.The Company themselves are world leaders in technology and are going from strength to strength globally, due to current expansion plans in Europe they are looking to add a technical expert to take the lead in their Semiconductor Device technology division in Nuremburg.This would be the perfect position for an expert in Power Semiconductor Device Design looking for a progressive role working with future technology whilst playing a key part in the company's ongoing success.The Role:* Act as a technical authority and expert on Power Semiconductor Device Projects

* Defines technology based critical success factors, provides high-level direction and significant input to proposals.

* Take ownership over understanding client requirements and drivers and foresee technical challenges, successfully interacting with clients both technically and commercially

* Define construction of power semiconductor design platform, including device layout design, TCAD simulation, and bench testing and reliability evaluation platform. Provide necessary training for key personnel.The Person:* Expert in Power Semiconductors

* Degree in Power Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Semiconductor or Physics

* Happy to work and live in Nuremburg, Germany
