Job Description The new demand-driven, more digital economy in which the customer is central has a major impact on the organization of organizations and often requires an update of their business applications. As a business applications consultant within our advisory unit you help our clients with the design of their business processes and you guide the clients in their digital transformation to their new business application landscape. You come to the table with C-level directors of appealing companies and delve into the complex challenges of the client on a strategic, tactical and operational level. You do this in a team context. With the help of workshops you understand the customer's challenges and advise the customer about their digital application landscape from Dynamics365 to digital marketing solutions with, for example, Sitecore. You open the eyes of your customers for the possibilities of digital process optimization as well as for the possibilities of responding and increasing customer experience. You develop scenarios and roadmaps to substantiate your advice. You put the business models of the customers under a microscope, quickly understand their business inside and out and help them to structure their technology, applications and processes. In addition to providing strategic advice, you also take the next step by starting and successfully completing the projects that result from your advice. You work in various industries, which guarantees challenging work, variety and a broad experience. In your role you contribute to the future of our customers and the added value of their business. Job requirements You have a completed master's degree, preferably in the field of business administration, organizational science, econometrics, business economics, business informatics or a related study. You have 3 to 8 years relevant work experience at a consultancy organization. You have affinity with issues related to digital strategy and the organization of business processes. You are able to understand business processes quickly. You have a creative mind, like to think outside the box and don't shy away from challenging the status quo. You are good at networking, you maintain your contacts well and you like to build (customer) relationships. You are ambitious, pragmatic and result-oriented. You are a motivating and inspiring personality that combines substantive advice quality with market and customer focus. You can empathize with your colleagues and stakeholders and you have an eye for the added value of everyone. You like to work in a team, where the different ideas and perspectives are included in the work. You are willing to do assignments abroad with your colleagues if necessary. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Dutch and in English (oral and written).
