The role

The Business Change Analyst (BCA) will join our Change and Improvement Team working on the improvement of the University's capability and performance alongside the implementation of the University's new Core Systems Replacement programme.

Skills and experience

Do you have the experience and ability to identify and help deliver business change in a large, complex organisation?

Are you confident in conveying complex subject matter to suit differing stakeholder needs?

Are you a team player able to build relationships at all levels?

Do you have proven success in a variety of investigation approaches and in significant qualitative and quantitative data analysis?

Do you have proven knowledge of techniques for requirements definition and process analysis?

Do you have experience of applying formal business improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, lean, systems thinking and agile delivery methods?
