Head of Design & UXLeeds6 MonthsWould you like to work for the UK's leading online gaming provider working with cutting edge technology in a highly creative team? We've got an exciting opportunity for a Head of Design & UX in our Gaming Team.

Reporting to the Gaming Team's Head of Product, you will lead the UX and Digital Product Design functions across several digital products. You'll create a vision for our products, developing a 'north star', before establishing a continuous process of refinement and evolution. You'll connect strategy and vision to the day-to-day by exciting and inspiring your team, stakeholders and peers. You'll be an experienced Design leader with a rich diversity of experiences of managing large digital teams preferably both within an agency and corporate environments. You can provide examples of where you have led a design function to have real impact within an organisation and be able to demonstrate your Design leadership approach and accompanying strategies.You will have the following skills:You will have proven experience of working within a fast paced, evolving organisation.You will have a track record in building and leading high-performing user research, product design or content design teams.You will have led design, UX and research teams, prototyping and mocking up new ideas and conceptsYou are experienced working in agile environments, with multi-disciplined team.Display a passion for experimenting with new processes and ways of working to drive innovation that uncovers new value and experiences.Using your experience, persuasive communication skills and natural charisma to act as the Team's design voice inside and outside the company - selling the vision and being an advocate for the team.
