One of my fast growing clients in the Automotive industry are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to oversee the day to day management of their entire Salesforce estate, based in central London on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience within the Salesforce space, supporting and resolving users technical challenges and business support needs/issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements
- Hands on configuration - user management, roles/profiles, security, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows and other 3rd party applications.
-Governance for all relevant training and configuration documentation
-Deliver new process updates and projects, ideation, requirement gathering, build and success tracking
-Develop and train global admin resources
Minimum 3 Years experience.
Experience in additional technologies would be preferable - SAP, Google Analytics and CMS tools.
Experience in the Automotive/Finance/Retail industry highly desireable.
Strong Business Analysis and Functional understanding, requirement gathering, deploying solutions to end users etc.
