IT Service Desk Analyst (Windows Support). Looking for an opportunity to utilise and develop your IT Service Desk Analyst skills within a collaborative, professional and globally expanding company?

 

Successful FinTech is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to be responsible for responding to and resolving all incoming requests and incidents to the Service Desk (via email, portal and phone) in a professional and timely manner. Other responsibilities will include; ad hoc troubleshooting, setup, deploying and installing computer equipment, mentoring more junior members of the team and acting as an escalation point for other members of the team.

 

Based in Coventry, you will be joining a friendly and collaborative team within a flat structured business. You can enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, half a day off on your birthday, 4% pension and a 10% bonus.

 

Requirements:

Previous experience within an IT Service Desk role

Good knowledge of Windows 7

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable: Exchange Server, SQL, Networking
