Your RoleAs the Engineering Team Leader, you will ensure that our client’s engineering activities are carried out to a high standard. Supporting and leading a dedicated team, you’ll ensure that the bakery plant and equipment are maintained and improved where possible. Your duties will include: - Mentoring and coaching your team to perform at their best
- Ensuring staff work in-line with quality management systems
- Creating and following standard maintenance procedures
- Maintaining a planned maintenance/job card system
- Ensuring that the workshop is ready for any internal or external auditsAbout YouTo be considered as the Engineering Team Leader, you will need: - Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- A relevant qualification in electrical engineering
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- To be hard-working, reliable and diligent
- Great written and verbal communication skillsIdeally, you will have completed Food Safety and Health and Safety training, but this isn't essential, as full training can be provided. Other organisations may call this role Production Team Leader, Food Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Manufacturing Team Leader, Electrical Engineer or Engineer.
