Junior Software Support AnalystOur client based in Leicester currently require a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in helping support their head offices. Alongside other experienced Support Analysts, this is an excellent chance for a Support Analyst who is at the start of their career who wants to shadow and learn from those around them.We are looking for a candidate who can do Software or Application Support. You will need to have either a programming/software background or education and be familiar with SQL databases and able to write basic queries. Skills required:

'€¢Programming or Software background'€¢Have a Computer Science degree including some object orientated programming modules'€¢Be familiar with SQL Databases, write simple queries'€¢Familiar with programming languages; C#, Java or C++ equivalents'€¢Strong communication skills'€¢A positive approach and a desire to learn new technologies
