Excellent opportunity for an IT Support Desk Technician to join a leading company on an initial 6 month contract with possible extension.Skills and experience required:

•2 years' experience in IT support•Knowledge of office automation products, service desk and desktop support•Strong understanding of computer systems, PC's and mobile devices•Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with a first contact expected fix rate of 60%•Excellent communications, service and documentation skills.
