Systems Administrator: 3 Month Contract - Blackpool

Interviewing now for a Systems Administrator for an established business based in Blackpool. You will be responsible for resolving IT Infrastructure queries along with working on a number of projects. This is a support role and the successful candidate will be tasked to provide round the clock provision along with managing, configuring, installing and building company applications.

You will also monitor and maintain hosted SQL ASP.NET Data server.

Daily Activities

Build/install/configure desktop PCs / Ipads

Manage In-house systems and any required applications

Manage and maintain local in-house CMS SQL Based application.

Complete 24 hour technical support for In-office and remote workers.

You will also be required to monitor systems, troubleshoot, monitor backup systems and Ensure all aspects of the company`s computer-based systems are running correctly, both local and remotely.

Essentials

*Previous experience working with Windows Server 2008 r2 - Windows Server 2016

*Proficient with Active Directory, Domain, LDAP, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

*Experience working with Windows versions 10-7, MAC/IPADS, Microsoft Office 365

*Knowledge of SNMP, SMTP, NAS, SAN, HA, SPF, Encryption, Permissions, Network Storage

*Experience with Networking, Routing, Ports, Netgear Switches, Patching, VPN, WiFi, Lease Lines, Public IP, SQL Database Management
