Background and ObjectivesThe organization has kicked of Real Estate Experience Programme (REEP) to deliver experiences for people 'to be at their best'. This includes digital innovation, the adoption of new technologies and the aim to provide the best possible experience through Real Estate services. A Governance structure has been setup to manage delivery in a structured way via Agile Way of Working via REEP Core and IT Enabling team in four work streams.Resource demand for an [Agile] project manager with IT infrastructure experience (preferably within the organization) to leverage infrastructure knowledge, delivery capabilities and driving features with IT infrastructure components.Description of the workPM adopt the agile way of working, participating in 1-2 technology enabling teamsPM will bring in infrastructure knowledge, delivery capabilities and driving features with IT infrastructure components.PM will proactively engage with the IT Services and Operations (ITSO) stakeholders and teams to hear their needs. This includes Transition to support and architecture alignment. This can be done on a feature by feature basis;PM will be involved from ideation phase to channel new service needs into Service Portfolio. Hence this person will proactively engage with Service Portfolio teams to align on relevant Enterprise technology (roadmap) items;PM will contribute in driving the agile transformation through the value chain with focus on IT Services and Operations;PM will drive further embedding of the recommendations made in Summer 2019 to improve collaboration between IT Services and Operations and REEP teams based on actions defined. Technical skill and experienceThe person should be knowledgeable about the ITSO ways of working and their various teams (i.e. IPPD, GF IT and SOM);Infrastructure knowledge; Experience in delivering Infrastructure components;Networker: The person should have a network within ITSO in order link enabling teams to the right person within ITSO when needed;Empowered: This person should be empowered by his manager to make decisions and advices in order to speed up the process;Delivery through supplier organisations where needed;Knowledge of operate process and how we can bring features from delivery into operations (incl. all operate controls, processes and procedures);Nice to have: Knowledge of IoT, AV, Mobility, Room booking and/or knowledge of Real Estate way of working.Soft skills and experienceUnderstands and supports Agile ways of working, this is key as we collaboratively will explore the best way to work together in an Agile world;Proactive: as we try to optimize the ways of working within the value chain (from ideation to operations) we need a person who proactively helps and shares his knowledge;Challenger: the person must challenge the current ways of working and dares to be speak up;Oil & Gas experience is a must.
