I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst Programmer for a 6 - 12 Month contract based in Brisbane CBD. Some Accountability's for this role include:Automated and manual testing of, and maintenance of automated build/deployment process for mentioned software systems.Build/support sales hardware kits as needed, and deploy/monitor iOS sales application using Meraki.All usual SDLC phases including documentation, estimation, reporting, etc.Support application release planning, and coordinate the work of other developers as required.Support Main website with online sales functionality and back-end APIsAdmin, Partner and Member portal functionality including back-end APIsContribute to the design and implementation of standards, procedures, and methodologies to maximise the effectiveness of the product delivery lifecycle. Key Capabilities for this role:High level analytic problem-solving skillsWell organised and detail orientedAbility to work under pressure and to deadlines and prioritise workA proactive approach to keeping abreast of industry developments and development practices.Ability to conceptualise, compose, review and deploy written processes and procedures in a collaborative environment.Leading innovation and changeBuilding Effective relationships Experience and Qualifications needed:Demonstrated recent experience within a complex application development and support environment (minimum five years is desirable).Willingness to learn new tools/languages/libraries to build contemporary software systems.Experience with several of the following programming languages: Javascript/Typescript, Java (or Groovy), Python, Swift, PHP, Bootstrap, Linux shell scriptingStrong experience with APIs experience and Back end APIsExperience with CI/CD tools and source control management tools including:Team CityExperience with Docker and Docker-composeUse of AWS including - Route53, S3, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, API Gateway, LambdaGit and GithubBuilding contemporary webpages using Angular (JS and 2+), HTML5/CSS If you would like to be considered for this role please don't hesitate to apply and I will give you a call for a further Discussion.
