Graduate Building SurveyorGraduate Building Surveyor | Consultancy | London This is a Graduate Building Surveying role is with a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy who provide services across the majority of industry sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, education and healthcare.As Graduate Building Surveyor you will benefit from gaining invaluable hands on project exposure on prestigious projects across London. You will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy team based out of an office in a vibrant part of London, working alongside senior level Building Surveyors with decades of experience.This is a great chance to join a company who provide top class training (delivered through a structured training programme), APC support and excellent career progression opportunities. Key requirements for this Graduate Building Surveyor position:Must have a degree in Building SurveyingGood IT literacy.Any experience working for a construction consultancy would be advantageous.Capable of working to strict targets and timescalesHigh levels of numeracy and literacy.Previous experience working as a Building Surveyor will be advantageous. Remuneration for the Graduate Building Surveyor position: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)APC support.Excellent training and mentoring.Pension scheme.Car allowance where eligibleAnnual bonus.
