Your job will be:

As a Business Analyst you will be working across the full journey of projects from feasibility, foundation and implementation

Your role will be providing a bridge between business requirements and technology, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand the requirements using elicitation techniques, challenging where necessary to allow you to reach analysis led decisions

You will provide unbiased decisions to allow prioritisation of projects and business cases. Your requirements and deliverables will be high quality and easily understood for in-house development or external provision

Your responsibilities will be

*Understand and analyse user and business needs, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology

*Produce robust business cases that enable collaborative decisions from key stakeholders across the organisation

*Ensure documentation is consistent with the organisations project management methodology

*Challenge constructively, be a sounding board to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose

*Develop close partnerships within the projects to ensure the key deliverables and solutions are being met

You will need

*Experience of business analysis including producing business cases, eliciting requirements and working within a project environment

*Proven experience of process review and mapping in large scale projects

*Strong organisational skills with an ability to assess, organise resources, plan, prioritise and delegate

*Confidence to challenge and shape processes and systems

*Approachable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively
