IT Manager - EcommerceWe are seeking an IT Manager within Ecommerce to join this well renowned FTSE 100 company in Luton, Bedfordshire, within the Digital Technology team.This new role will work closely with the Head of IT & Digital, raising the bar of digital technology across the business, whilst solely focussing on the development and delivery the company's extremely high-volume and highly transactional ecommerce website, and managing the team responsible for this.This role will suit someone with a combination of strong ecommerce, technical, line management, IT strategy and supplier management skills.The successful IT Manager (Ecommerce) will not only boast a track record within digital tech but must have been responsible for the development and delivery of a highly transactional, high volume ecommerce website, whilst leading the team and 3rd party suppliers and providers in line with this.Skills and experienced required for the IT Manager - Ecommerce: Demonstrable experience of taking technical and digital ownership of a highly transactional, high volume ecommerce websiteExperience of managing a team of both direct and indirect reports (BA's, Developers etc.)Outstanding Ecommerce leadership experience and knowledgeBudget ownership (up to c£5M)Strong supplier management experience is very importantSenior stakeholder management experience, up to 'C' levelAbility to evolve the team within an Agile / Scrum environmentExperience of IT strategy within digital technologyThis role offers the IT Manager (Ecommerce) the chance to directly influence the way that digital tech is used by the business with the focus on a highly well-known and incredibly successful website, which in turn will directly impact the customer experience.
