Finance Manager (Investment Appraisal)

North West

£400 - £500 per day

3 month day-rate contract, North West

Client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Investment Appraisals) to join an established organisation in the North West on a 3 month initial contract. You need to have recent experience within retail ideally and strong financial modelling skills with proved experience in developing business cases for potential investments.

They are also looking for a Finance Manager with strong business partnering skills to challenge senior stakeholders across the business.

The role:

* Prepare and present business cases on potential investments in retail stores across the UK

* Business partner with senior stakeholders, challenging and supporting the decision-making process

* Develop financial models to identify opportunities, risks and potential ROI for various growth opportunities

* Ensure all appraisals are approved ahead of presentation to the executive team

Requirements:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant

* Experience within retail is ideal

* Extensive track record in developing business cases and presenting to the Board

* Experience on similar projects is essential
