Global provider of data protection solutions is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to act as the primary on-site technical support contact for the company's client. Day to day duties will include; logging trouble tickets, escalating incidents, providing internal assistance and support to colleagues, assisting the Customer Operational Architect and ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided at all times.
You will split your time between the company's head office and the client site both based in central London.
