Warehouse Planner, Warehouse Administrator - ERP, Shipping, Warehouse, ShippingEssential Responsibilities
* Upload Shipping and Receiving documentation to enable proper invoicing
* Handle Indirect sourcing for warehouse and track expenses
* Interface with Integrated Services Team, Warehouse Team, and
* Project Team on Planned Load outs and Backloads
* Consolidate and distribute pick request/progress
* Organize and review cycle count results
* Ensure proper and accurate accounting of all inventories and reconcile as necessary
* Manage Indirect Goods Receipts
* Run and publish KPIs for warehouse
o Phantom locators, Dock-to-stock, Pick rate, etc
* Periodically Perform direct goods receipts
* Chemical Management
* Practice safe work habits to ensure an injury-free environment.
* Be actively involved with safety audits, near miss / first aid reports, safety hazard training, and Safety 10 Commandments.
Role Summary/Purpose
The Warehouse Planner/Administrator will work in a team-based services environment performing a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, ensuring Logistics documentation is processed quickly and with high quality while maintaining an environment that sets a high expectation on Safety and Quality. You will interact and work with peers on common goals, and be flexible in managing day-to-day operations in scheduling, staffing and productivity. Potential for long term role
Qualifications/Requirements
* Previous Administrative experience
* Basic Computer skills including ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred) and Microsoft ExcelWarehouse Planner or Warehouse Administrator - ERP, Shipping, Warehouse, Shipping
