Key Accountabilities:

*Manage a variety of cross programme critical Day 1 Readiness, Countdown and Go Live activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery

*Oversee cohesive 'Dress Rehearsal' activities and deliverables including end user ICT set up, solution and process testing, training and Acceptance into Service ("AIS")

*Ensure all aspects of Day 1 People. Process and Technology are in place to support a structured and organised Go Live process

*Embed a series of project and programme level communications supporting Readiness, Countdown and Go Live activities

*Provide key interface to and for numerous projects and programmes

*Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring consistency of key messages

*Create, manage and report on inter-dependant project plans, including robust management of scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies risks and issues

*Work to update and maintain Project Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register

Essential

*Service Exit, Transition and Readiness project and programme experience

*Management of 'Service Go Live' projects from an Organisational Readiness perspective including experience of ITSM tool sets and associated training

*Strong background in HR, Resource Management and Recruitment (at a project/programme level)

*Vast experience in management of Service, Solution and Technical Architects and Business Analysts deliverables relating to Go Live

*Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects including IT and Service procurement projects

*Ability to create efficient and effective Impact Assessments

*Maintain effective relationship with key stakeholder and third party suppliers

*Strong planning background and experience. Microsoft Project expertise is vital

*Ability to communicate, interact and influence at all levels of the organisation

*Effective communicative skills. Relationship Management is key

*Personable, pro-active and professional

*Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations including being highly proficient skills in 0365 MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable

*Prince 2 or MSP Practitioner/Professional

*Working knowledge of ToGAF, IT4IT, APQC, CoBIT, ITIL and SFIA

*Public Sector Experience
