Requirement Description

*Booking the accruals

*Reconciliation of NIC Payroll payments/expenses

*POC for IBAN audit- POC for internal audit

*Project manager for efficient clearing process in CNAFS

*Follow up of the SLA bookings and clearings with the advances

*Setting up the reconciliations by Quarter closings and EOY closings

*Responsible for the closings

*Cleaning accounts and associated reconciliations

*Contribution to the production of NCIO (Agency) Annual Financial Statements

*Responsible for PPE

Skills and Experience

*Vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline leading to a professional qualification (such as finance, accounting, accounts payable) or equivalent combination of qualifications and 5 years relevant experience;

*Current Finance Accounting experience on transactions level;

*The ability to develop and maintain financial data and contribute to financial statement preparation;

*Use of accounting software (Oracle Applications Financials or another major ERP tool);

*Experience in finance shared services.

*A university degree (bachelor level) in a relevant discipline;

*Working in the public sector;

*Knowledge of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS);

*Knowledge of NATO Financial Regulations;

*Use of Oracle R12;

*Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;

*Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
