We're committed to speeding up the transition to cleaner electric transport, improving air quality and over time, driving down bills.  Purpose Embarking on a major IT Transformation project to drive change throughout our businesses, we're looking for an accredited Agile Coach to help take us to the next level. Focussing on technology, process and the changing needs for IT structure across ScottishPower, you'll provide the agile environment to support multiple projects across every business area. Responsibilities It's a key role with great potential and a real opportunity to take a step up. With the ability to mentor and motivate a really talented team - and to help us find more - you'll have a fascination with making technology work for colleagues, customers and businesses, be a Best Practice advocate and have a strong commercial grasp when it comes to assessing projects and progress. You'll also be a great communicator and enabler, with the ability to work across our businesses and, as part of the Iberdrola Group, on international and global projects. Skills & Requirements Results driven and self-motivated, you'll have significant experience of influencing a wide range of IT and Business audiences; c-suite executives, senior stakeholders, project teams, suppliers and alliance partners. Leading large customer centric projects, you'll have experience as an Agile coach in a blue chip or "big four" consultancy environment, bringing your experience of modern Agile tools.  Educated to degree level or possessing relevant IT experience, you will hold Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Practitioner accreditation.  Ability to travel to other company locations may be required. What We Offer This is a permanent contract. Salary for this role will be from £45,840 to £57,300 per annum. Other benefits for this role include a performance related bonus up to 10% and single cover health care.
