Senior Business Analyst

We're committed to speeding up the transition to cleaner electric transport, improving air quality and over time, driving down bills.  Purpose Embarking on a major IT Transformation project to drive change throughout our businesses, we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to participate in multiple small and medium sized projects, being responsible for leading the capture of business requirements and supporting our development process through to successful implementation. Responsibilities Possessing a good understanding of IT Strategy and an ability to select options that deliver its aims, you'll be responsible for effective coordination of IT department work (Business Analysts and Test Resources) and monitor progress of 3rd party software development.  You'll lead the analysis, requirements definition and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Requirements With knowledge and understanding of Corporate business processes, you'll communicate effectively with both business and IT at senior management level to capture complex business requirements for IT systems and translate into deliverable Solutions.  Bringing experience in design, delivery and evaluation of IT requirements, you'll be educated to degree level in Computer Science or a related subject or possess relevant IT experience, ideally holding knowledge of large corporate applications such as HR, H&S, Finance or Procurement packages.  Ability to travel to other company locations may be required. What We Offer: This is a permanent contract. Salary for this role will be from £39,840 to £49,800 per annum.
