Administrator- Health and Safety (SHEQ support)

£12 p/h

4 month contract / Temp to perm position

Bury St Edmonds / Woolpit

Monday - Friday (40 hours)

Are you from an experienced administrator looking for your next exciting position?

This fantastic company are a major player in the utilities market and they are offering an immediately available temp to perm role for an experienced Administrator.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Health and safety and quality departments in providing high level administrative support in an interesting and technically challenging environment.

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and administration skills; full training will be provided on more technical aspects of the role.

The role:

*Assisting with the Collation of SHEQ Monthly reports

*Working with and assisting the Compliance Manager ensuring all staff and subcontractors authorisations are completed and accurate

*Planning and maintaining current databases for HSE and technical training

*Planning and maintaining the company's Occupational Health Programme

The person:

*Excellent customer service skills and a Good understanding of general office administration (ideally within Health and Saftey or Engineering team)

*Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

*Self-motivated,, organised and results driven

*Ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure
