My client urgently requires a Technical Business Analyst to work on a programme delivering an Identity & Access Management solution on the customer site in Wiltshire.

This individual will work alongside the technical delivery team with primary objectives;

*Elicit and define business requirements with stakeholders,

*Working with the developers, produce well-crafted user stories, assist with the mapping of stories to enterprise backlog and roadmap items,

*Scope and draft Service level Agreements, Operational-level Agreements and related products as part of a complex service operation,

*Help identify and engage with a wide range of primarily civilian end user teams, managing their stakeholder expectations in line with guidance from the Project Team and Product Owners,

*Work with a Lead Business Analyst who will oversee all requirements and deliverables being produced to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations,

*Research, gather requirements, analysis, process design, user story creation for topics such as:

oCustomer experience/user journey

oIdentity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver)

oLifecycle automation - HR driven data integration

oContractor registration

oAccess management processes (request, approve, review, revoke)

oService provisioning, including Office365, SharePoint, productivity tools

oSelf-service tools for managers and end users, including password recovery

*Flag identified dependencies to Solution Architect and Project Managers on migration paths options,

*High-level feasibility - align with tech architecture.

Experience and skills

MUST Haves:

*Technical skills/experience:

oData modelling

oApplication access & provisioning

oApplication integration

oProduct configuration and customisation,

*Service support and business change elements,

*ITIL Service delivery experience encompassing any of the following: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement,

*Excellent stakeholder management experience with verbal and written communication to match,

*Demonstrable ability and experience of capturing and prioritising customer requirements in a complex (and sometimes ambiguous) environment,

*Be a self-starter with the ability to build great working relationships quickly with multiple stakeholders at various levels (both military and civilian) in an environment,

*A transparent way of working,

*Continually demonstrates trust as part of an organisation dedicated to defending our nation.

*Should have

*Experience of working with Product Owners, User Experience Designers and solution delivery teams to identify and refine User Stories, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements and associated assets required by development teams,

*Establishment and maintenance of a backlog of requirements for the Minimum Viable Product/S(MVP/S) using an existing agreed structure,

*Identity and access management knowledge/experience or understanding of IDAM solution components such as identity integration, provisioning, access approval workflows, access governance and reporting with one of more Identity Management platforms (e.g. NetIQ, Oracle IDM/IAM, SailPoint, ForgeRock, etc.),

*Experience of working in an agile delivery team (TDD, BDD, SAFe, Scrum, Jira),

*Defence environment experience with either valid SC clearance or having used your clearance within the last 6 months

COULD be useful if you have:.

*Knowledge of directories, including Active Directory,

*Experience of integrating end user productivity solutions, including enterprise email, Office365, Windows 10, password management and multi-factor authentication with identity and directory services,

*Facilitation of validation, verification and associated documentation and user acceptance testing of solutions,

*Experience of working to JSP 604/440,

*Service integration with Remedy ITSM,

*Integration of HR data into identity lifecycle,

*Data privacy analysis and reporting,

*IIBA accredited/ISEB qualified,

*An information security accreditation, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC,

*Scrum master experience,

*User Research experience.
