Highway Design Engineer

Due to continued growth they are looking to grow their friendly team with talented individuals.In this role you will be part of the Sustainable development and delivery team. You will lead junior staff, liaise with clients while also being flexible to provide assistance to other areas of the business as well.The ideal candidate will have experience with development planning in previous roles. Ideally you will have experience with highway/ junction design. Any additional project management or CAD experience would be beneficial but not required.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company in a varied and exciting role that can offer you stability as well as exciting prospects for the future, including the potential ascension to director if desired.The Role:

*Monday - Friday, 40-hour week

*Development/ transport planning

*Liaising with clients

*Leading junior colleagues

*Project management/ highway design

The Person:

*Development planning experience

*Ideally has experience with highway/ junction/ road design

*Candidates from a private or public industry background are encouraged to apply

*Any additional project management or CAD experience would be beneficial but not required

*Lives commutable or willing to relocate to Nottingham. Commutable from Mansfield, Carlton, Arnold, Hucknall, Southwell, Suttoin-in-Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield, Afreton, Ripley, Eastwood, Ilkeston, Beeston, Long Easton, Bingham
