1st / 2nd line IT SupportAn exciting brand new role has just arisen for a 1st / 2nd line IT Support person to join a leading charity based near Sutton (approx. 25min from London Waterloo). As the 1st / 2nd line IT support, you will be the immediate line of contact, responding to support requests via email, Service Desk tool, telephone, and email.
As the IT Support, you will not only have the opportunity to provide remote application support over the telephone- whilst diagnosing broadband issues locally and providing mobile device support, but you will also have the opportunity to work in an incredibly important charity which helps thousands of people each week.You will benefit from a great working environment including 35 hour working weeks and flexible hours!
Skills required for the 1st / 2nd line IT Support role:
-Experience in a similar role: 1st line and 2nd line in a Service Desk Environment
-Familiar with supporting Office 365 products
-Desktop troubleshooting ability
-Excellent communication skills

Salary: £23,000-£25,000 + Fantastic Benefits
