M&E Senior Project ManagerDenmark Rate: Up to Kr.6,200 a dayJob Ref: DR68811This is a unique opportunity to work client side on an extremely large and complex data centre construction project in Denmark. The client seeks a Senior Project Manager with a MEP bias to join the client team as an Owner's Representative to oversee the general contractor during ongoing upgrade and new build works, but also to provide strategic advice and support to the overall Project.The Senior M&E Project Manager will have a minimum of 3+ years focus Data Centre construction experience and have comprehensive knowledge of the requirements for the modern high specification construction of data centres, with a in depth understanding of MEP systems but an appreciation of all typical packages across CSA also. The ideal M&E Project Manager will also offer a proven track record in commercial and programme management, producing business cases, reports and project plans to clients through excellent English written and verbal communication skills.The client seeks an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager that is already based in Denmark, whether that be a Danish national or an ex pat who has already relocated. Experience / Skills: Recent Data Centre / Data Center construction project experience is essential.An engineering background is preferred.Must be either Mechanical or Electrical bias with a proven track record managing all services across CSA.A proven track record working at a senior level within construction management / project management but with a MEP bias.Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager with recent data centre / data center construction experience to work client side on one of the data centre sites in Europe.
